First Hari Raya Prayer at Kiudang New Mosque

Today 1 September 2011, Wednesday is not only meanigful for all Muslims around Brunei which celebrate their Hari Raya for the Hijrah year 1432, but it is also a remarkable moment for Kiudang and surrounding villages at Tutong District as they perform their first Hari Raya prayer at the Kiudang New Mosque. Dust in the sensor

Note the black spot on the white surface. It is how the dust on the DSLR sensor. This photo was taken after the "torture session" with my new Canon EOS 550D (18-55mm) 18 mega pixels. The Canon recommended sensor cleaning is by using air blower.

My first National Day photography trip last 23rd February 2010 is full of smile and patriotism. As usual the prioroty of the trip is to shoot fire appliances a.k.a fire appliances "hunting". Anywhere thanks to Cgu.Ali (UBD SAS) for providing transport for the trip hehe also thanks to Dr.Nurol for "mendulur-ing" me to use her Canon EOS 1000D. Although the light drizzle make stressed me for a while however with the N.Day spirit and many "unknown" faces whistling me for snapping their pictures it makes me happy to be part of the photographer of the day. Will see you all again in next years n.day parade.

Weird but true, a cat seen crossing the road using the Zebra crossing as seen at Bangar Town, Temburong District. If cat can use zebra crossing why not us human?
